| REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: |
| Rescheduling is always an option & won’t cost extra to reschedule. Cancellations made 21 or more days prior to the day of the event will not result in any fees & we will gladly issue a full refund. Cancellations made 20 or less days prior to the day of the event will result in forfeiture of deposit, unless a reschedule is arranged. |

| PRIVACY POLICY: |
| Level Up Game Truck is adamant about protecting your privacy & personal information. All information we obtain from our customers on our site or in person will strictly be used for bookings and all information gathered from our customers will be kept secured, we use such info only to enhance your experience. We do not share, sell, rent or disclose any of your personal information to others. |

| TRAVEL SURCHARGE POLICY: |
| We cover most of LA County, Orange County, IE, San Bernardino & surrounding areas. Talk to us about what area your event will be located in & we will do our best to serve you. If the event is quite a ways from us we will let you know if any additional charges will be made before you book with us. If a surcharge is applied it will be to cover the game coach’s time & added expenses. |

| BAD WEATHER POLICY: |
| Our mobile gaming truck/trailers are equipped to handle any type of weather conditions, rain or shine we will still be there. Our trailers are insulated & climate controlled, during the cold season we can keep your guests inside warm & during the hot season we can keep your guests cool. At times weather can be bad with strong winds, heavy rains, lighting or flooding. if any of these occur we (Level Up Game Truck) may & reserve the right to reschedule your event to protect the safety of you, your guests, our staff & equipment. If you are aware of bad weather conditions in advance please feel free to call us to reschedule your event. |

| SUPERVISED CHILDREN: |
| Every event will have our game coach supervise & help out kids, Keep in mind these are your children & it’s always best to have a parent/adult present or in range of the game truck in case our game coach needs to get in contact with an adult. |

| DAMAGE/INJURY POLICY: |
| If the event host requests our gaming truck to be positioned in a certain way or parked in a specific location (other than the required parked position) we (Level Up Game Truck & our Employees) will not be responsible for any property or equipment damage made by our game truck due to the request made by the event host. If any damage is made willfully or purposely by the event’s guests Level Up Game Truck will have the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment. We (Level Up Game Truck) or their employees and/or game trucks will not be held responsible for any injuries/damages sustained on the client’s property or in any location our gaming trucks are parked at for an event. Event host/client will be held responsible for any damages and/or injuries. Our game trucks must be parked in a spacious parking space, we will not park in any area that can result in someone getting hurt or causing property damage. Our game trailers will not be detached from our truck, this is to protect anyone from getting hurt. |

| FOOD/DRINK POLICY: |
| We (Level Up Game Truck) do not allow any food, snacks, candy or drinks into the video game theater. Our game coach will notify the host before the event begins, if any damage is resulted in our game truck and/or electronics due to someone spilling their drink or dropping their food, we will have the right to charge the client’s credit card for any damages. Please have your guests keep all drinks & food outside. Our game coach will do his/her best to spot guests who bring drinks or food inside, but sometimes kids tend to hide their drinks and/or food, Please help us out to keep these trucks clean for all our happy customers. |

| TIPS: |
| Tipping is never required but will be greatly appreciated. Our game coaches work hard to make your event as pleasant as possible, they will help, guide, entertain & interact with your guests & kids. Our Game Coach will always try to make it on time for your party & other parties that day as well. At times our game coach drivers work from 10 to 14 hours a day. If you feel that our game coach did a great job at your event then tipping will be greatly appreciated from him/her. |

| ALCOHOL/DRUGS POLICY: |
| Of course alcohol can be served at your event as long as you provide it, we will not provide or serve any alcohol to anyone. Drugs will not be tolerated in or around the game truck. If our game coach notices any drugs being used or alcohol being served to minors we will have the right to terminate the event immediately & will be forced to report this illegal activity to the proper authorities. |
